Alyssa Gallarneau, 16-years old, started her radio debut just shy of her 12th birthday with Intellectual Radio/iHeart Radio. She moved her radio show from Chicago to the Lake County area at WRLR 98.3FM and, in July 2019, decided it was her time to step out of her comfort zone and join forced with up-and-coming Lakes Community Broadcasting, WLCB 101.5FM.
Alyssa is currently the youngest radio host in the Midwest with her show Alyssa Gallarneau’s “The Aly G Show,” winning her the Chicago Oscar for Best Radio Personality in 2018, GEO Outstanding Program by and Intern in 2017, and the Lake County Journal ForeFronts in 2016. She also completed her second season on Chicago Talen Reality Show, along with being named one of the 2018 The Fresh Faces Project Innovator Award winners. Alyssa is also Teen Miss Illinois for the Miss Earth USA organization.
